CAM REPAIR/ RESLING

WE ARE CURRENTLY OUT OF DYNEEMA!
We are proud to offer Cam re-slinging and trigger repair for most Cams on the market. We have two material options for slings-11/16" Nylon or 14 mm Dyneema in most colors (We are currently out of dyneema!). We can accommodate most camming units depending on make and year.
Majority of manufacturers recommend replacing slings with normal use every 5 years. Damaged slings or slings that show heavy wear should be retired or replaced immediately.
It is up to you to determine if your cams are safe to climb on- and when to retire your gear. By submitting your cams in for repair (for slings and triggers), you are responsible for inspecting your cams are safe to use. Runout Customs reserves the right to deny service to any cam sent in for repair. If you have any questions please send us an email. Some cams can only receive a specific type of sling- please contact us if you have any questions.

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CONFORMATION EMAIL AFTER THE FORM IS SUBMITTED
PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR CONTACT INFO INSIDE THE BOX WITH YOUR CAMS!
Turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks (not including shipping times)
We do have a few guidelines on what we can service:
-No slings on anything with a bare cable or damaged eyelet/thumbloop (kinked cables, cracked thumb loop, etc.)
-NO TOTEM SLINGS
-We do not resling tri-cams
-We can not repair any kevlar trigger wires (master cams, X4's, etc)
-No Triggers on TOTEM Cams or Omega Pacific link cams
-No Slung Hexes or stoppers
- We can not resling current DMM Dragon cams (we do not stock the webbing size required)
-Camalot C4's will receive a reinforced nylon loop only
-Please Make sure your cams are clean and all older slings removed.

MAIL IN INSTRUCTIONS:
After submitting the Cam Repair form, mail in your cams in via USPS to the above address. ( Fed-Ex and UPS will not deliver to a PO Box). Please make sure your contact info in included INSIDE the box with your cams. We recommend that you send them in signature required. Return shipping insurance amount may be specified on the cam repair form below. Runout Customs is not responsible for cams lost in the mail (sending or receiving ). It will be your responsibility to file a claim if your cams are damaged, lost, or misdelivered- as the shipper or receiver.
When complete, we will email you an invoice via Paypal. As soon as the invoice has been paid, Your cams will be mailed back to you via USPS with in few days of payment. You may pay the invoice with a debit, credit card, or Paypal.
Your cams will be mailed back to the address provided on the Cam Repair form.

-Please fill out our online form
-Please leave your contact info and service requested securely attached to your cams.
-Please remove all slings if possible
-Do not leave carabiners with cams
-When cams are complete, we will contact you to pick up with a total.
-Cash is preferred at pick up, Paypal or a credit card may be used if prior arrangements are made
