Warranty InfoWe attempt to produce the best products using high quality materials and standards. Some preventative care and attention to detail will allow your equipment to last for years. Please keep in mind that you are dragging this stuff up thousands of feet of rock.
Runout Customs warranties all products free of manufactures defects for one year from the Ship date of the product to the original owner. Please contact us for warranty/repair work and lead times. Wear and tear or general repairs will be preformed at a reasonable rate if possible. Custom made products are not covered under any warranty. |
ShippingWe will ship your order asap or as soon as it is complete. All of our products are made to order, if you have time constraints, please contact us BEFORE Placing the order.
International ShippingDo to our current work volume, we will not be shipping internationally at this time
